A Bit of Welcome Wisdom & Caution

Thank you for coming to my FrankoTrader blog....it is only a record of my fun adventure in trading stocks. It is also meant to be a personal journal, helping me to reflect on my own trading decisions -- so that I can evaluate and continue to improve my methods and disciplines. ****Please do NOT read it as an investment newsletter or stock advice notice. I am NOT a licensed broker or advisor or anything that has to do with the financial world.
I started by taking a class from AdamMesh.com (which I highly recommend) during the first quarter of 2009 in trading stocks. It cost $$$'s, but was well worth it. It was a couple months long and gave me some initial tools and understanding of how the market works and how I have the power to jump in at certain times and grow some income by trading. It is a business for me where I must do my DD (due diligence) daily before I trade.
I have made numerous mistakes, mainly due to getting into trades too early and out based on my emotional state. Not good.
I am still learning that one has to have a plan, and then, stick to it. I also learned to accept that you don't make $$ on every trade, just like you don't make $$ every day in a business. I have also learned that I "must" keep learning at every turn.
So far, I'm overall profitable (yeah :) ....and if any of my sharing helps you, great.

My next step in learning is now in 2013 with Jason Bond Picks.com, who was an elementary school teacher turned trader. He is teaching me Swing Trading, only a handful of trades each month. Overbought & Continuation trading....made simple. I love this man's transparency, humor, ability to teach creatively, chat room & team atmosphere and results orientation. I felt what I have learned through the past 4 years is now ready to be applied to my trading life. A new chapter has begun.
